LGBT History Conference in December in London

The London Metropolitan Archives (LMA) will be holding its 14th LGBT History Conference on Saturday, December the 3rd. Entitled Queer Time, Queer Pace, Queer Action, Sexualities and Localities, the event will focus on specific places with a strong LGBT+ interest and is organised in collaboration with  he Raphael Samuel History Centre and the Sexualities and Localities project (a collaboration between Birkbeck College and Leeds Beckett University). LGBT History Month CEO Tony Fenwick said, “I attend the LMA Conference every year and it is a real eye-opener. Whether you are interested in history, LGBT people or you just want to learn some facts that’ll make you older and wiser it’s a must. And it’s not just about London either”.
