Every year for UK LGBTQ History Month we host the STEM, LGBTQ & You conference, the UK oSTEM Regional conference, exploring the experience of LGBTQ+ people in STEM environments! Speakers presented about their STEM work / research, their personal experiences being LGBTQ+, and the intersection of their identity(s) with their STEM life.
This year’s panel session ‘The Rainbow Stethoscope: LGBTQ+ Perspectives in Medicine’ explored the #UnderTheScope 2024 theme.
