Another Country Revival

A play that exposed the extent of hypocrisy around male homosexuality and the establishment in  mid-twentieth century England is to be revived and shown in the West End.
Another Country, which gave a  fictionalised account of the lives of a young Guy Burgess and the less well-known John Cornford, is showing at Trafalgar Studios from March the 26th till June 21st.
The film version of Julian Mitchell’s ground-breaking play was made in 1984 and helped launch the careers of Rupert Everett and Colin Firth.
