February is LGBT History Month – here is your chance to get all young people involved in a creative and fun way.
LGBT History Month is a chance to recognise and celebrate the achievements of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people who have made a difference. Each year LGBT History Month takes on a theme, this year the theme is
MUSIC!
We are also looking forward to International Day Against Homophobia on Saturday 17th May, with the theme ‘Freedom Of Expression’
and the Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday 10th May.
GYRO, in association with LGBT Youth North West, invite you to present
Ur Own Vision!
We challenge you and your youth groups to create a musical entry into a regional competition with a winning prize of £100 for your group!
You are invited to present your musical creation at an event to be held
6.30 – 9.00pm on Friday 16 May 2014

You may sing, dance, mime your favourite song, write a completely new song, whatever you like!
