The surviving Boston bomber was homophobic and sent anti-gay messages and jokes in the form of tweets on his Twitter account, it has emerged.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the 19 year old captured on Friday evening was sending the homophobic tweets on his Twitter account until the day before he set down one of the bombs at the Boston marathon.
There were also racist terms used. In one grimly ironic tweet Tsarnaev cites the quote “All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing”.
