Parliament in Uganda closed for the Christmas recess Friday December 14th without reaching the notorious anti-gay Bill that threatens to criminalise the parents of LGB children for not turning them in, increase penalties for homosexual acts and even introduce the death penalty.
International campaigners warn however that the Bill will return in the New Year.
