We are sorry to announce the death of Ian Buist on October the 19th 2012. Ian (full title John (Ian) Latto Farquharson, CB) was a campaigner for gay and lesbian rights at home and abroad and an early member of CHE. He was active in the TUC LGBT movement and campaigned for equality in the United Reform Church. His family have requested a private funeral but a Memorial Service will be held at Trinity United Reformed Church, Wimbledon SW19 4AA, on 15th March 2013 at 2pm. Donations, if wished, to Plan International.
