Following talk of emergency meeting and last minute deals, there is no lifeline to restore the original Pride plans and the restricted version will go ahead. The Pride site, which features a large apology, confirms that the parade will start at 11, that it will be on foot, that the Trafalgar Square rally will end at 6 and that there will be no open air events in Soho, nor any special licensing arrangements.
