Schools Film Competition – Out And Inspirational
We have the rules finalised for our film competition. We’re asking schools around the country to make a short film about a British LGBT rights campaigner, combined with the life of inspirational US campaigner Harvey Milk. The film is being run in conjunction with The Harvey Milk Foundation. Closing date 20th July 2014.

Educate OUT Prejudice at Morley College: All learners should be free to learn in an environment where they and staff feel comfortable about sexual orientation and gender identities. Unfortunately this is not always the case. This project will offer practical solutions to support the inclusion of LGB and/or T themes into the adult ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) curriculum.
The concert is FREE but does require tickets to be reserved (see article)

Join the protest urging the Ugandan president to not sign the new homophobic legislation, Wednesday 8 January 2014, 12 noon to 2 pm, Uganda High Commission 58-59 Trafalgar Square (south side) London WC2N 5DX.
