A month long celebration of LGBT+ medical figures during tutor time – celebrating Dr Sophia Jex Blake, Adam Kay, Dr Ronx, Dr Cecil Belfield Clarke and Ruth Coker Burks. Students also collaborated with our local NHS foundation Trust (Lincolnshire) to be part of their LGBT+ History Month. The students presented a conference session looking at the impact of Section 28, its legacy and the exclusionary and harmful consultation from the DfE on trans and non-binary students.
