UK Campaigner Tell Lithuania Harvey Milk Was one of Theirs

A tireless campaigner for Pride celebrations  in central and eastern Europe has shown LGBT Lithuanians can now claim Harvey Milk as one of their foreparents. Claire Dimyon, MBE and founder of Pride Solidarity, went to Vilnius this year to celebrate the man’s achievements in the USA and to demonstrate that his grandparents moved to the US from Lithuania in 1897.
